Al’s Twin Air, LLC is a family owned business founded by Albert Venson, Jr., in 2013. Mr. Venson has been in the business of HVAC services, facilities maintenance for many years. Following in the footsteps of his father early in his childhood, he ventured out on his own to create a successful HVAC company. Known affectionately to many as “Big Al” or Mr. Al, and all who encounters Mr. Al knows he is serious about providing the best customer service no matter what the job entails. He ensures that each team member provides excellent customer service whether replacing a thermostat or installing a new HVAC system. Our customers are our priority. We are driven by our passion, our customers, and quality results.

Founder and veteran of Al’s Twin Air, LLC (ATA) is a successful and highly efficient HVAC and plumbing services vendor. He oversees ATA’s strategic planning and operational direction, and dedicated to designing tailored, facility-smart HVAC and plumbing solutions that deliver optimal cost, quality and excellent outcomes for its clientele. His leadership of the operations and keeping customers first has helped grow ATA business progressively and continues to increase its value in the local markets. Mr. Al’s strong interpersonal skills are used to work with diverse individuals, from maintenance technicians to top executives. His work is recognized across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia improving residential and facility systems and processes, and maintaining synchronized, efficient functioning buildings.

Mr. Venson continually supports local businesses, employment agencies (i.e. DOES’ Project Empowerment and On-the Job-Training programs), and as a community advocate for family and youth. He is driven by his passion, his customers, and quality results.

In 2018, Stephanie joined the family business on a fulltime basis although she had been consistently assisting on an interim status. She left behind a long and prestigious career in healthcare to join her husband, Mr. Albert Venson, in the family business. Since joining Al’s Twin Air fulltime, she has helped propel the company into a new phase of opportunities and partnerships. Assessing our services, customer needs, and trends, Stephanie redesigned the office structure and staffing, introduced new technology, and has ventured into different venues to expand the company’s services. With strong organizational leadership and business background, her intention to bring most value to the company was to focus on customers, retaining and establishing new partnerships, and creating strategic development strategies for current and future business.

Under her short tenure, the company’s growth and customer base have increased drastically with tactical marketing for HVAC Services through various forms of media such as digital branding. Through numerous initiatives led by Stephanie has given us greater capability to compete equally with our competitors large or small. Stephanie’s business savviness has brought a new dimension and touch to Al’s Twin Air that has truly been amazing while maintaining our customer centric practices and our integrity. She represents the company at conference, seminars and professional requirements and develop business plan to meet these requirements, and throughout the community.

Jim Goddard

A talented construction manager, Jim has more than 30 years of experience on all sizes and types of projects and is especially skilled in HVAC and Plumbing. He is one of our inhouse experts and customer advisor on residential, commercial and construction heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Jim’s extensive background in preparation of complete cost estimates for building construction and commercial ventures has helped us to adequately and consciously provide bidding prices that are fair and equitable. He provides expertise in principal and practices of cost estimate and contract pricing, and quality work. With full knowledge of the industry methods for buildings and structures, he has developed scopes of work based on RFI / RFC and project plans for implementation and managing. Jim works with our team, customers, contractors, and businesses (private and governmental).
Jim has worked with Al’s Twin Air in many capacities for many years. He is one of the pillars of the business ensuring daily tasks, projects, and operations are on-time and within budgetary guidelines. He continues to demonstrate the ability to lead, direct, and motivate workers in a positive manner. His responsibility for customer service excellence never wavers no matter what the job or task entails.
Wayne Ellis

A top-performing Property and Portfolio Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing operations and finances for multiple concurrent commercial and residential properties. Strong expertise in coordinating with homeowners’ associations, boards, site and regional managers, and vendors, architects, and designers to address and resolve all risks and issues, renegotiate contracts, optimize revenue, and execute renovations. Highly accomplished in residential and commercial market competitiveness, energy efficiency, and ultimately, revenue gains.
Wayne is LEED certified bringing this valuable quality and skill to our facility/building and property management division. He has been instrumental to Al’s Twin Air providing insight into the green building and energy conservation, coordinating tasks for renovation projects, building maintenance, and installations of HVAC systems and equipment.
Marguerite Gaines
Marguerite GainesHuman Resources/Compliance Manager
The need for human resource management and compliance personnel in the workplace, led Al’s Twin Air to a family member, Marguerite Gaines. She has managed employees for many years in the healthcare industry. Her soft skills range from people, resources, and process management, labor unions to C-suite executives. Marguerite is a resource for staffing issues, customer and company compliance, and proposal planning/writing. She aids the company in complying with federal/state/local employment laws, and serves as mediator to resolve management and employee issues.
